The blue booties are to cover your street shoes inside the manufacturing building if you don't have inside shoes --- and to cover your inside shoes when outside the manufacturing building. When you work in the manufacturing building, you have a special pair of inside shoes --- and they all look alike! No room for high shoe fashion here!!
