Day Four - 21 November

Had a good training session today. The Finance Team seemed very interested in the close process and asked some good questions ... like why is it called the 10-Q? Could not answer!! We spent all morning on the close process and then after a lunch of sandwiches and salad, spent the afternoon on SAP tips and Business Objects Reporting. We took pictures of the team --- Melanie, Anita, MS in first picture ... Sunny, Erica, and Edmond in the second --- and Stacy, Sindy, and Scott in the third one. After work, Stacy and Sindy took Debi and me to downtown Seoul where the open markets were (open markets translating to "knock-off" heaven). Will have to tell you all about it in person, since it was too hysterical a night. We'll never have another experience like that --- ever! And, I ended up with an expensive knock-off, so to speak!! As I said, will have to tell you in person! After shopping, they took us to an authentic Korean restaurant where they cooked the meat over open coals in the middle of the table --- and although I have heard horrible things about their native dish - kimshee - I rather liked it! We ended the night with a bottle of soju --- Korean saki --- and took a cab home --- needless to say!! Tomorrow morning we face another day of adventure --- flying to Shanghai!

Looks like you are having a wonderful time. The experiences are a once in a life time. Can't wait to hear the stories...and just think, you have only just begun....however, got to say, no matter what you are doing, it is all about the food and BOOZE!!!! Love ya.
Phillip, I am giggling so hard thinking about you and Debi traveling together. Who else would make an adventure out of asking for mustard? Looking forward to the knock-off story.
